We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
1.2 By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms and conditions referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

2. Termination & Suspension
2.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service(s) at any time upon violation of these Terms or for any other necessary reason. Abuse includes but is not limited to:
- Excessive CPU usage
- Causing harm to the server or infrastructure
- Using the service for illegal or unauthorized activities
- Using services in ways they were not designed for
- Participating in or facilitating DDoS attacks
2.2 Your server and server files may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
2.3 Dedicated IPs may be revoked 7 days after the 3rd unpaid invoice or after the 2nd abuse report.
2.4 Hosting only proxy servers or abusing bandwidth is prohibited. Accounts violating this will be suspended without refund and may incur a Rs.1000 penalty.
3. Payments & Refunds

4. Downtime & DDoS
4.1 We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We resolve issues as quickly as possible but are not responsible for downtime caused by user mistakes or resulting in revenue losses.
4.2 We are not responsible for downtime caused by DDoS or DoS attacks. Targeted attacks may result in temporary suspension of the affected service.
5. Storage & Data Loss
5.1 Some services include fair-use unlimited storage. If storage usage becomes excessive, we may contact you. Large or unreasonable logs/backups may be deleted.
5.2 We are not responsible for data loss. Users should maintain off-site backups. If data loss occurs due to our systems, we will attempt recovery or provide credits/refunds where applicable.
6. Usage
6.1 We provide services under compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and service terms of platforms such as Mojang, Microsoft, and others. Violations may result in termination without notice and a ban of up to 5 years depending on severity.
