Payments & Refunds Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
CubiCloud offers a 7-day refund policy on all products and add-ons. Refunds are issued as account credit only and only when a valid reason is provided. Changes of mind do not qualify.
No refunds are issued for services that have already been provisioned or activated.
2. Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel services at any time; however, cancelled services are not eligible for a refund. Refunds within the refund period require following the proper procedure.
Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated services and may result in permanent account closure.
3. Refund Limitations
A refund request may be denied if:
- The payment was not made through our billing panel
- The payment was split into multiple parts
- Processor refund fees exceed a reasonable threshold
If a dispute or report is filed with a payment gateway, no refund will be issued and the related account may be terminated. Always contact us directly for refund help.
4. Automatic Renewals
All active paid services renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted service. Renewal intervals match the original subscription period.
Payments collected through automatic renewals are non-refundable.
5. Overcharges & Uncancelled Subscriptions
Refunds for accidental overcharges may be issued if sufficient proof is provided. Conditions:
- Full cash refund if the request is made within 12 hours of payment.
- After 12 hours, refunds are issued as account credit only.
- If no request is made within 12 hours, the payment is forfeited.
Refunds are always processed through the same payment method used for purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Dedicated IPs
- Dedicated servers
- Domain registrations
- Account wallet funds
- Donations
- Other services marked as non-refundable
Services renewed, upgraded, or downgraded after activation qualify only for account credit refunds.
7. Eligibility Restrictions
Only first-time accounts qualify for refunds. You are not eligible for a refund if:
- You had a previous account and created a new one
- You opened multiple accounts
- You violated any of our policies
8. Additional Conditions
- Orders with add-ons, upgrades, or downgrades after purchase are non-refundable.
- Account credit cannot be withdrawn or refunded.
- Services purchased using account credit are not refundable.
- Services paid partially with account credit are not refundable.
